Q: What types of products do you make?
A: We design and 3D print modern home décor pieces—including vases, planters, lamps, and decorative art. Each piece is made to order, allowing for customization in size and color.
Materials & Durability
Q: What materials do you use?
A: Most of our products are crafted using high-quality, eco-friendly PLA filament. PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a plant-based, biodegradable thermoplastic known for its smooth texture and durability. Most vases include a waterproof PETG insert.
PLA is not recommended for outdoor display, as exposure to direct sunlight and moisture may degrade the material over time. However, almost all of our planters are crafted using ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrile), a durable, weatherproof 3D printing filament known for its strength and outdoor performance. Q: What type of light bulbs can be used in your PLA lamps?
All of our lamps are printed using PLA filament and they are designed for LED light bulbs only, for safety reasons. Please refer to the following lamp safety advisory:

This lamp is designed for LED light bulbs only.
Do not use incandescent, halogen, or other high-heat bulbs, as they may cause damage to the lamp materials or pose a fire risk.
Q: Are the products waterproof?
A: For PLA planters and vases, we include an insert or seal them with resin, as they cannot hold water directly. Very few vase designs are only suitable for dried or artificial flowers; please see descriptions.
ASA planters are marked weatherproof as they handle moisture and sunlight very well, but items marked as planters or pots should not be used as vases.
Q: Will the colors fade over time?
A: Indoor (PLA) pieces hold their color very well. Outdoor pieces printed with ASA are UV-resistant and also hold their color, making them ideal for gardens and patios.
Customization & Ordering
Q: How can I personalize my order?
A: When placing an order, you can choose the size and color. For Image-To-3D Layered Art, simply navigate to that page. Then use the form at the bottom to provide your contact information and upload a high quality, high contrast portrait with options for customization.
Q: How long does it take to make and ship a custom piece?
A: Most standard items are made within 3–7 business days. Fully custom designs may take 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity. Shipping times vary by location.
Shipping & Returns
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We ship only within United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: We carefully inspect and package every order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Your 3D printed product is custom-made so returns are generally not accepted. We check each order thoroughly but if you’re unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 7 days with photos. In case of defects, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I clean my 3D printed décor?
A: Wipe gently with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or putting any items in the dishwasher or direct heat.
Q: Can I use these products outdoors?
A: Yes! For our outdoor planters, we use ASA material, which is very UV and water resistant. PLA items should be kept out of prolonged direct sunlight.
