Refund policy

Your 3D printed product is custom-made so returns are generally not accepted. We check each order thoroughly but if you’re unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 7 days with photos. In case of defects, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return in case of defects, you can contact us at gama3doasis@yahoo.com. and attach photos of damage. We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Remember that all products are made to order per your selections.
